Ariva Bhatt is a Business Development and Strategy Analyst at Hopper Consulting, where she supports federal clients across capture strategy, market analysis, and proposal development. Working directly alongside client business development and proposal teams, she translates federal spending and competitor analysis into actionable pursuit strategy and supports compliance positioning throughout the capture lifecycle.

Ariva holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business and Public Policy and coursework concentrated in International Political Economy, Asian Studies, and Spanish. Prior to joining Hopper Consulting, she conducted equity research covering energy and critical infrastructure at NXG Investment Management in Dallas, served in a Texas House of Representatives member’s office in Austin, supported government relations for Macra na Feirme in Dublin, and completed policy work with NITI Aayog, the Government of India’s apex policy think tank, in Delhi. This progression across financial analysis, legislative operations, and public policy informs the analytical and regulatory perspective she brings to government contracting.

Ariva maintains a deep interest in the energy and AI nexus, U.S.–India relations, and geopolitics. She enjoys sports and music.
