What we do
Hopper Consulting (HC) is a family-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that helps defense and federal civilian agencies, as well as government contracting partners, solve complex challenges in strategy, planning, communications, supply chain, data analytics, and digital transformation. We are not just consultants, we are connectors. HC puts the pieces of the puzzle together to deliver solutions that are feasible, viable, and desirable, creating measurable value for clients and lasting impact for the nation. Our team blends management consulting with technology expertise to help organizations improve performance, strengthen resilience, and position for growth. At HC, our values guide everything we do. We impact missions, empower people, and earn trust through real collaboration and purpose-driven work. Just as important, we laugh often, have fun, and create a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together.
What we value
At Hopper Consulting, our values guide everything we do. We impact missions, empower people, and earn trust through real collaboration and purpose-driven work. Just as important, we laugh often, have fun, and create a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together. At our core, we deliver solutions that are feasible, viable, and desirable, and we have a great time doing it.”
What we believe
The blue puzzle pieces in the HC brand are inspired by our deep, personal connection to the Autism community. The blue puzzle piece is widely recognized as a symbol of Autism awareness and inclusion. In the Hopper family, we are proud to have two remarkable children on the Autism spectrum. Supporting them, and others like them, is more than a cause; it’s a calling. We are committed to advancing Autism awareness, contributing to research, and standing with the broader community every step of the way.
