Manuella Palladino is a Student Intern with Hopper Consulting’s Business Development as a Service (BDaaS) commercial practice. In this role, she supports clients through research, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. She also assists with internal operations and process improvement, helping ensure efficient project execution and strong client outcomes. Manuella’s work reflects adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
Manuella is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), where she is in her second year. Her studies have strengthened her understanding of marketing, management, and finance, while developing her analytical and communication skills.

Before joining Hopper Consulting, Manuella gained valuable experience through academic leadership roles and community involvement during high school and college. She brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a curiosity for business growth and innovation to every project she contributes to.
