Served in Director’s Action Group (DAG), supporting DLA senior leaders in strategy, strategic integration, and strategic communications. Designed and delivered Action Officer (AO) training curriculum. Provides supply chain subject matter expertise. (subcontract)

DLA Enterprise Tire Program Support
Conducted a study for DLA’s Senior Acquisition Executive (SAE) to evaluate end-to-end process of how DLA acquires, reuses and disposes of tires. Provided recommendations for cost avoidance through adopting commercial best practices in reutilization. (subcontract)

DLA Strategic Transformation and Enterprise Project Support (STEPS)
Performed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for strategy and supply chain management on multiple task orders supporting DLA’s Strategic Plan and strategic transformation efforts. (subcontract)

DLA Strategic Plan

DLA Office of General Counsel (OGC) Strategic Plan
Aligned DOD and DLA strategic objectives and incorporated best practice from commercial law firms to deliver a strategic plan designed to drive action within DLA’s OGC over the succeeding five years. The comprehensive plan enabled OGC to track progress on objectives and lines of effort holding champions accountable for progress and results. (subcontract)
