Reese Fulgenzi, PhD is a consultant bringing a rare combination of rigorous academic training and applied federal consulting experience to every engagement. With a background spanning data analytics, instructional design, project management, and qualitative research, he helps clients translate complex challenges into actionable, evidence-based solutions.

In his consulting work with Adaptive Concepts, Inc., Reese has led federal proposal development, designed and refined professional development courses, and produced market research reports leveraging open-source intelligence and multilingual analysis. He has a proven track record of improving training outcomes and learner engagement for federal clients through data-driven program design and iterative assessment.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a Data Analyst at the University of Chicago, where he managed longitudinal career outcomes research and developed institutional career counseling resources. He is currently a Lecturer in the College of Computing, Data Science and Society and Department of History at the University of California, Berkeley.

Reese holds a PhD and MS from the University of Chicago, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
