A U.S. Air Force veteran and nationally recognized expert in supply chain and industrial base strategy, Hopper brings nearly three decades of experience advising government and industry leaders. Under his leadership, Hopper Consulting has become a trusted voice in helping federal and commercial clients across the federal procurement landscape. Hopper retired from the Defense Logistics Agency after attaining the rank of Colonel.
